Sibiya Chartered Accountants has designated the Internet Service Providers’ Association (ISPA) to receive take-down notifications, in line with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
In terms of section 75 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (“the Act”), Sibiya Chartered Accountants has designated the Internet Service Providers’ Association (ISPA) as an agent to receive notifications of infringements as defined in section 77 of the Act.

A take-down notification must be submitted to ISPA in accordance with the requirements of section 77 of the Act. ISPA is a recognised industry representative body for the purposes of Chapter XI of the Act.
